The North Dakota Legislative Assembly enacted a law that ended the CHAND program on Dec. 31, 2025. That means no new members can get coverage. And members cannot renew their current plan.
The lead carrier informed impacted members 90 days before their coverage ended.

A subscriber or the subscriber's health care provider may appeal a claim determination. The CHAND Service Center has an appeals process and can be contacted at 844-363-8457.
